Overview

Working alongside our dedicated finance team in our Murarrie head-office, this role will see you be responsible for the full accounts payable function and give you the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company, by being involved in the implementation of our new ERP system.

Our businesses MadisonAV, Madison Connectivity Solutions, Madison Express, Madison Technologies and Kallipr have expertise across a broad range of communication, wireless, audio visual, industrial IT and IoT disciplines.

This role sits within our Business and Commercial Services team (BCS) who work across the entire Group to deliver a high standard of services and expertise across corporate functions including Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and People and Change.

The opportunity

**A standard day in this role will involve**:
**Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox**: Efficiently organize and prioritize incoming invoices and vendor communications.

**Invoice Management**: Ensure appropriate approval is received for invoices and administer accurate entry of approved accounts payable invoices.

**Overseas and Local Payments**: Prepare and process payments for both overseas and local creditors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.

**Creditor Account Reconciliation**: Reconcile major creditor accounts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

**Corporate VISA Expense Management**: Handle Corporate VISA expenses through our expense management system, currently Chrome River, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

**Supplier Management**: Accurately create and maintain new supplier profiles, fostering strong vendor relationships.

A proactive problem solver mindset with excellent communication skills
Proven experience managing the end-to-end accounts payable process
The ability to follow tasks through to completion by prioritising and working to time frames
Be passionate about a great spreadsheet, we have some real crackers for you to work on
Experience working with Infor M3 (also known as Movex) would be highly advantageous
