**About the role**:

- Provide customer and student services and administrative support, using approve client Training systems, policies, and procedures
- Actioning all training enquiries and bookings, processing enrolments and student data
- Coordinate comms, documentation, attendance, and facility services for training activities
- Update and maintain training calendar and schedule
- Process vendor setup and purchase orders as required
- Set up course and class offers in line with product offerings, Training and Assessment Strategy, training package, contract and client requirements
- Support traineeship/ apprenticeship processes, including preparation of training plans per govt guidelines
- Provide support to students throughout enrolment period by ensuring access to learner portal, training materials, and instructions
- Assist with allocation of costs for training activities to business units
- Perform QA Checks, data integrity, data entry, result and issue statements of attainment or certificates in line with client Training / RTO/TEO policies, procedures, and work instruction guidelines
- Collate and report data in a suitable format for clients using automated features of Student Management System and other relevant business tools, including PowerBI, survey monkey, Share Point and Success Factors
- Maintain, update, and improve administrative workflows, processes, practices, and reporting

**About the individual**:

- National VET sector standards and systems
- Developing and implementing administrative processes
- Communication and attention to detail
- Use of IT systems and typical programs
- Experience with the national training system
- Experience following quality processes
- Operation of a SMS & LMS
- Relevant entry level qualifications in business administration, human resource or similar area, or equivalent experience
- PowerBI or other data-system training highly regarded
