You will contribute to the achievement of Finance Branch outcomes by participating in the identification of emerging issues, the provision of strategic input on relevant issues, the preparation and implementation of branch plans and promoting the achievement of an aligned and co-ordinated approach to activities across the branch.

**The successful personYou will have**:

- Proven ability to provide effective resource management system customer support service, especially proven ability to convey information within a call centre within a large and decentralised organisation to maximise user support and increase user efficiency.
- Ability to develop, evaluate and deliver training plans and programs to meet the business needs of all users of a complex resource management system in a large, complex, and decentralised organisation.
- Demonstrated knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge of decision support software, and the ability to impart this knowledge in a large, complex organisation improving user efficiencies.
