Training Officer

**The role**:
As a Training Officer, you will take centre stage in understanding training needs, developing engaging learning materials and user guides, and delivering high-quality training sessions that support the implementation of large-scale IM/ICT projects. Your mission? Equip end users with the skills and confidence they need to embrace new systems and technology.
**Key responsibilities**:
Coordinate and provide education and training to support the implementation needs of large scale IM/ICT program/project(s).
Ensure the required learning outcomes of specified training meets the needs of end users.
Assist with the development and provision of all learning activities, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in education and training.
Support the development of the content and structure of training and education initiatives to meet the implementation needs of program/project(s).
Facilitate the successful transfer of business and/or technical skills and knowledge to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
Maintains relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
**What we are looking for**:
Experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training for large-scale IM/ICT projects.
A creative approach to instructional design and an eye for detail developing training materials and user documentation.
Confident delivery of classroom-based training using a variety of instructional techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're someone who can build trust, influence, and work collaboratively across teams.
