Learning Design Specialist

**The opportunity
We have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Learning Design Specialist to join on a full time basis (part time 4 days will also be considered) and you can be based in any major Australian cities with as much or as little work from home as you’d like.

You will be responsible for creating, sourcing and coordinating innovative, relevant, fit for purpose learning content that supports the development needs of our workforce, with a strong focus on risk. The role is multifaceted, where you’ll not only design e-learning materials, but you will also need to be able to facilitate and run online and in person workshops, continuously seeking feedback from the business and design learning materials that is fit for purpose. Previous experience in risk is not a requirement, but a desire to expand your knowledge and expertise in this area is highly valued.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities include:

- Design and develop effective learning interventions including online and virtual training materials; participant resources and facilitator guides using the Microsoft suite, content curation, designing learning pathways and e-learning modules using the appropriate tools
- Plan, support and execute the delivery of learning content leveraging the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and Learning Management System (LMS) in line with Bupa’s strategic objectives and learning approach.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness and relevance of training programs through regular feedback interventions.
- Coordinate the process of continuous improvement of design, content and user experience based on employee feedback, digital trends and internal requirements

**What do I need?**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience formulating, administering, and supporting a web-based LMS/ LXP
- Experience in either an online content production, management or publishing role, or a project management role
- Direct, recent experience with e-learning development, curriculum design, training methodologies, and online education
- Proficiency In Articulate 360 authoring tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro (desired)
- Experience with project/task management and collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to effectively liaise and collaborate with all elements of the organisation, as well as external partners as required
