**The OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate, and knowledgeable Venue Manager to lead the team in providing friendly and efficient service in a fun, vibrant location.

We are looking for a professional, inovative leader who can bring in new ideas and further strengthen the Vertue brand. We are extremely passionate about coffee and amazing service, and excited for the possibilities for the future in our industry.

**As venue manager you can expect**:

**Your Service responsibilities will include**:

- Minimum 2 years' similar experience in the management of a service-driven food and beverage business
- Barista Skills
- Work with business owner and management team in analysing financial results and to improve efficiency and increase profitability
- Employee management and Succession planning for FOH team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong presence to both staff and customers
- Stock control and management
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multi manage and set daily priorities
- Be a 'people person' and a 'team player' who guides their staff through leading by example
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Awareness of promotion and marketing techniques to drive attendances
- Unlimited right to work within Australia as this is a full-time position.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
