Highly regarded, dynamic financial services organisation is seeking a passionate and capable Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join their collaborative Employee Experience team.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement, this is a newly created opportunity with a huge amount of scope.

Acting as an Internal Communications Business Partner, this key role will deliver engaging employee communications experiences to all employees, which builds employee brand, brings to life their employee value proposition and remains in line with their values.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Planning, designing and implementing clear and compelling internal communications to inform, align and engage employees around important campaigns, announcements, and changes
- Partner closely with, and capture the unique voice and style, of the Executive Team on business unit specific initiatives and announcements
- Lead Change Management and Communications for multiple programs across the organisation
- Coach, support and develop leadership capability to design and deliver key messages through storytelling and influencing
- Deliver exceptional employee experience events through both in person and virtual events including Town Halls, Roadshows, Senior Leader Calls, Extended Leadership Meetings, DEIB and wellbeing calendar to engage and inform various audiences
- Lead internal communications efforts for other people initiatives as required

**You will have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications or similar
- Approximately 7+ years’ experience in an internal communications role, ideally in the financial services / insurance sector
- Extensive experience in working with Executive Leaders on framing and delivering messages in their tone of voice
- Excellent writing skills with experience across a range of materials
- Ability to craft high-quality content in a fast-paced environment whilst being able to prioritise and work on multiple projects within tight timeframes
- Demonstrated expertise in managing communications campaigns, working proactively and reactively, with a strong focus on employee communication and change management
- Proven experience managing stakeholders to build employee engagement
- Previous experience to digital communications and change communications
- Highly organised analytical approach with exceptional attention to detail
