We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Global Logistics Manager to join our growing team.

**About the Role**

This full-time role is critical to the operational success of our business. The Global Logistics Manager will coordinate the end-to-end logistics of our perishable inventory, ensuring timely, climate-controlled transport and strategic procurement. The position requires a high level of organisation, international logistics knowledge, and the ability to respond to seasonal supply and demand shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee global supply chain operations, with a focus on climate-sensitive logistics for perishable goods.
- Maintain consistent replenishment cycles on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis depending on product requirements.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight companies, and domestic retail teams to optimise stock levels and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive purchasing and freight rates.
- Develop and implement logístical strategies around seasonal events such asValentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance and risk factors.**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
- Proven track record working with perishable products, ideally in the floral, food, or agriculture industries.
- Familiarity with international freight and customs regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with overseas vendors.
- Experience in climate-controlled transportation and handling.
- Ability to anticipate and manage seasonal fluctuations in demand and supply.
- Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field are highly desirable.**What We Offer**:
