The Position

Following an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. Reporting to the State Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is a versatile leader who enjoys taking an active role in the management of organising, planning and supervision of the warehouse and driver operations in our Morningside Warehouse.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for:

• Managing day to day activities in the warehouse to ensure food is collected, delivered and sorted in a timely manner
• Ensuring warehouse and driving operations are performed safely and efficiently
• Keeping daily records for donations and collections
• Training and upskilling Warehouse Assistants and Drivers

• The Environment:

• Small 1 x forklift warehouse

• Approx 8 pallet per day dispatch plus inbound movements
• Over 200k meals produced per month

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Success and solid experience in a warehouse supervision role or similar (mandatory)
• Current unrestricted driver's license (mandatory)
• Forklift licence (mandatory)
• MR/HR licence (desirable)
• Warehouse logistics and previous food industry experience (highly desirable)
• Ongoing and unrestricted right to work in Australia
• Willingness to undergo a national police check and pre-employment medical (employer paid)
