Guest Services Worldwide Pty Ltd are a brand leader within the Luxury Marketing Sector and are looking to expand their operation in the Australian market. To that end we are looking to for a Corporate General Manager to drive the business forward and to ensure we penetrate the market place in the right manner showing consistency to the standards of the existing brand.

Previous experience is required with a predominately sales led background at management level in order run, manage grow and expand the business, ensure targets are met across all departments

Be Experienced to carry out the following duties:

- Set all departments targets, policy and standards including reviewing regularly

Overall management of all departments liaising with managers

React proactively to the changing markets to enhance products, develop new products into the market,

Direct all departments training, and oversee HR management and policies

Managing performance of management team

Management & development of sales strategies to implement within the sales team and setting sales targets in order to maximise GSW sales and customer loyalty.

Appraising logistics and sales strategies direct to promote GSW’s services to as many people as possible

Training and development of to enhance strategies to generate increased consumption of GSW ‘s services through the creation and reinforcement of 'brand image' or 'brand loyalty'

Managing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain GSW outstanding image and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public

Coordinate & communicate with all relevant internal departments including admin, accounts, telesales, creative, distribution and oversea management team.

Manage preparation of all company forecasts, in line with budgets

Meeting with Business Owners (board members), overseas managers to plan, monitor and review activity.

Manage the execution of all activities including accountability across the team and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of all work.

Set and achieve goals & KPI's for all departments.

Following timelines & company calendars.

The role will require travel and overnight stays, as the business requires sometimes away for up to 2 weeks.

Over 5 years Sales management experience is minimum requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $252,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
