**Your new company**
Join a lead department in the APS that takes a whole of government approach working with stakeholders across the country to deliver large and complex procurement activities.

**Your new role**
- Being the first point of contact on the Procurement Helpdesk and escalating matters

as required
- Assisting in providing general procurement advice and guidance in accordance with the

Commonwealth Procurement Rules
- Providing timely and accurate advice on the different procurement methods
- Assisting in reviewing procurement documentation including approaches to market and work
orders/contracts
- Assisting clients with the finance system (Finance One)
- Reviewing and updating client procedures
- Assisting in managing panel information
- Administrative support to Reporting and Stationery
- Assist in the delivery of projects and tasks allocated by the Team Leader

**What you'll need to succeed**
If you are passionate about developing and learning more about procurement this role will offer exposure to whole of government projects and working with a lead agency at the forefront of government issues. You will need to be flexible, organised and bring a strong focus on delivering to clients.
