Our federal government client is seeking a procurement officer who would assist in procuring technical and digital resources.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Director and Resource Lead in the administrative process of procuring technical and digital resources for the wider program.
- Produce high quality PGPA and Work Orders for review and execution.
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service by delivering to fixed timelines from identification of vendors to full execution of work orders.
- Assist with the onboarding of identified personnel and ensure all process and systems checks have been completed.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and reports.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian Government PGPA Act and Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
- Excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency in systems like TechOne, eRecruit, Aurion, and desirable financial system experience, especially Technology One, within the Commonwealth public sector.

**Desirable qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in commerce, procurement, economics, accounting, finance, business, law or a related field will be highly regarded.
