Our client has a highly respected agency located in the City of Stonnington area, that has extremely rare turnover. This family orientated business operates in Residential, Commercial and Body Corporate, to cover a wide range of services for their clients.

We are searching for an Assistant Property Manager to join this team of dedicated professionals. If you enjoy building relationships, have great organization, time management and an eye for detail, this could be the career for you

**The Role**
- Routine Inspections
- Entry & Exit Condition Reports
- Liaising with tenants
- Supporting Senior Property Manager

**The Perks**

**Required**
- Exceptional Personal Presentation
- Take pride in providing exceptional customer service
- **Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate**:

- Reliable car and valid drivers licence

**Highly desirable**
- Corporate office or administration background
- Previous exposure to the real estate industry
