Gold Coast leading children’s martial arts centre, Black Belt Plus in Burleigh Heads is growing and requires
- X1 Membership Sales Consultant - memberships sales, customer service and telephone skills
- X1 Kids Martial arts instructor - Freestyle martial arts, self defence, fitness and life skills

These positions at our Burleigh Heads dojo will see you in charge of enrolling members or teaching members between the ages 4-12 years into our various programs. You will be a frontline person promoting and teaching our brand and the benefits that martial arts has to offer children.

Our team takes pride in our mission and the Black Belt Plus brand and work to cultivate a great community vibe within our Dojo. Full training and on-going development is provided.

**Membership Sales Consultant**:

- Conducting introductory lessons (we will train you)
- Member sign-ups
- Member onboarding
- Reception duties
- Lead generation
- Data entry / administration duties
- Assist in marketing, promotion, acquisition and retention initiatives
- Assisting instructors on the training floor during beginners classes
- Meet KPI’s

**Kids Martial Arts Instructors**:

- Lead kids programs to high standards
- Motivate, inspire and encourage members
- Provide training & technical advice and feedback throughout classes
- Assist in marketing, promotion, acquisition and retention initiatives
- Ensuring the Dojo is impeccably maintained, clean and safe
- Set up and pack down of equipment
- Punctual and professional
- Well presented at all times
- Honest and reliable
- Have excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and self motivated
- Experience in martial arts is a bonus
- Demonstrate a motivational, personable and engaging attitude.
- Is able to bring energy to the customers experience.
- Motivated and passionate about the martial arts industry
- And of course have a passion for working with young children

PERSONALITY: Positive, enthusiastic, energetic, fit, caring, nurturing self motivated, reliable, great communicator, respectful and patient.

- Earn an attractive package - base salary, plus super. Ranging from $45,000 - $65,000

**Role Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year sales or martial arts experience
- Cert III in Fitness (optional)
- Up to date First Aid Certification
- Queensland Govt “Working with Children” blue card
- Extremely passionate about working with children
- Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
- Passionate about fitness, martial arts and represents the BBP values
- Highly energetic and can build great rapport
- Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves
