**The Role**:
We’re looking for a **proactive and customer-focused individual** to join our team in an **office-based Internal Sales role.** As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key part in delivering excellent service and supporting our wider sales and operations teams.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Preparing sales quotes and orders
- Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
- Delivering excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- **Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm**:

- Previous customer service and sales experience
- Experience within the metals industry (highly regarded)
- Good communication and time management skills - with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
