We are looking for a driven, results-focused sales professional who thrives on building trust, solving client problems, and exceeding targets. To help us see your potential, please follow these steps exactly.
1. Short Introduction Video
(2–5 minutes)
This is simply a chance for us to get to know you a little before the next stage—no need to stress or overproduce it.
Just be yourself and tell us a bit about your background and experience. To help guide you, here are a few questions to cover:
What drives you to succeed in consultative, service-led selling? We'd love to hear what genuinely motivates you in a sales role.
Tell us about a creative services sale (or similar industry), you've closed that developed into a long-term client relationship. What was the challenges, how did you approach it, and what was the outcome?
Our Love Your Logo guarantee means we work with clients until they're completely happy—with no limits on revisions (as long as the original brief is followed; this doesn't apply if the brief changes during the process). How would you communicate and market this to a business owner? Think about building trust and handling objections.

2. Sales-Focused, Client-Centric Resume
Your resume should clearly demonstrate:
- Tangible results: e.g., sales revenue achieved, % targets met, number of clients won.
- Relevant experience: particularly in selling branding, design, or other high-value services.
- Client retention: examples of repeat business or long-term accounts.
- Relationship building: highlight testimonials or feedback where possible.
- Achievements: awards, recognition, or promotions in sales roles.
Format tips:
- Keep it no more than 2–3 pages.
- Focus on achievements, not just duties.
- Use bullet points for clarity and impact.
