**Lead a team and make a difference as a Team Leader - Property Assessing**

**The Role**

Are you ready to lead and inspire? As a Team Leader at IAG, you'll guide a Property Assessing team to deliver outstanding customer service across all IAG brands. You'll mentor your team, ensuring they excel while driving success through our national frameworks and supply chain models. Your unique contribution will be pivotal in achieving commercial outcomes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Key Role Accountabilities**:
**Customer**:
Ensure your team delivers an outstanding customer experience, maintaining service levels and proactively improving where needed.

**Operational Performance**:

- Lead your team to execute the business unit's 12-month plan. Manage resources to meet or exceed state targets in people, customer, and commercial measures.

**Governance & Risk**:

- Ensure adherence to Group policies.
- Guide your team to meet business outcomes in line with legislation, regulatory codes, contracts, and IAG frameworks. Build strong relationships with suppliers to optimize outcomes and resolve complex issues and complaints.

**People**:

- Embody the values of Closer, Braver, Faster.
- Promote a safe and healthy workplace. Support and mentor your team to achieve commercial, customer, and quality outcomes.

**Financial Authority**:

- Approve non-indemnity expenses up to $5k.
- Ensure compliance with the Group Delegations & Authorities Policy.

This is a **permanent role**, and we welcome applicants from across** Australia.**

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years team leader experience, or equivalent exposure and experience
- Extensive experience in complex claims management
- Proficient in the understanding of building concepts and terminology
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to identify risks
- Effectively manages internal and external stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
