The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (Cth) (CDPP) is seeking an experienced human resources (HR) policy specialist to lead the development and delivery of workplace relations (WR), policies and frameworks for the CDPP.
Working within the People Strategy, Workforce Planning and Recruitment Team, the Assistant Manager, HR Policy will consult with a broad range of stakeholders across the Agency, the APS and state and territory jurisdictions to deliver policy solutions for workforce priorities. They will undertake detailed research and analysis, drawing on internal and external guidelines, legislation and best practice in the context of the broader external environment.
