**About the Role**

This role is ideal for someone who is starting their HR career - such as a recent university graduate or someone in their final year - as there will be the opportunity to learn and develop skills in all areas of HR within an inclusive, collaborative and fun team. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will work collaboratively with the HR team to provide support, coordination, and administration, enabling the team to provide extraordinary HR that accelerates success and drives our business forward.

**About You**

You are dedicated, passionate, and possess the following:

- Hold current working rights in Australia
- Degree qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in, or ability to quickly learn, maintaining documentation and data management systems, preferably related to human resources
- Basic knowledge of Australian employment law
- Excellent skills in using the Microsoft Office suites of programs; previous experience using Synergetic will be highly regarded
- Capacity to consistently demonstrate a high level of initiative and willingness to take direction
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- A highly organised approach to work and the ability to multi-task, whilst working calmly and effectively under pressure
- A great team player with a good sense of humour
