Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Human Resource Officer** with strong corporate and human resource skills.
**About the role**:
- Lead our recruitment processes, including formulating Selection Advisory Committees and taking on the role of chair
- Work with services providers to manage recruitment rounds, ensure the timely delivery of services and products consistent with contractual arrangements
- Draft minutes and other documentation within required timelines in support of recruitment rounds
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient recruitment processes
- Coordinate and manage meetings associated with a recruitment process
- Assist with the development of relevant policy guidelines to support placement process
**Ideally, you will have**:
- Ability to identify clients’ needs and match them to appropriate solutions
- Digital literacy and an ability to embrace new systems and practices.
- Willingness to engage with risk, applies sound judgement and displays personal courage
- Ability to actively manages work plans and adjusts priorities and actions as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to speak, write and present information clearly and effectively
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, and domestic and international partners to advance Australia’s interests
**Please note**:
- A current NV2 security clearance is a must
