About the Role
As Human Resources Coordinator you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to our Internal and External Customers
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Being the face of HR - welcoming and assisting colleagues accordingly
- Coordination and administration of Recruitment and Selection process
- Payroll processing on a fortnightly basis
- Assisting with coordination and administration of Learning and Development programs
**Qualifications**:
- Warm personality, who thoroughly enjoys working with people
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Enjoys working with numbers, payroll experience advantageous
- Recent experience in a similar hotel role/environment highly regarded
- Qualifications in Human Resources and/or Hospitality and Tourism advantageous
