**Risk Transformation | Stream Delivery Lead**
**What can you expect?**
- As a Stream Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of a large multi-year Business Risk Transformation program. You will be accountable for delivering several strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards and with best practice project management assurance and oversight.
- Key projects in scope include Risk Framework & Policy Uplift and Governance & Accountability deliverables. The role will support delivery of these projects at varying stages from Design through to Embed.
- In addition, you will collaborate with other Stream Delivery leads to ensure effective execution of cross-functional and dependent deliverables.

**We will count on you to**:
- Support and guide Stream Executive Sponsor to ensure all key success criteria of the program are met.
- Develop comprehensive stream delivery plans, including timelines, work breakdown, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Align stream plans with the overall strategy and objectives.
- Oversee the execution of milestones within your stream, ensuring adherence to project plans, program methodology and frameworks, timelines, and budget.
- Plan and operate within stream rhythms and program operating model to drive and deliver outcomes and activities.
- Prepare reporting and delivery updates as required
- Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery or outcomes.
- Collaborate with project managers and delivery specialists to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Manage resource allocation and workload distribution within your stream.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and external partners, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and support for the program.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on program outcomes.
**What you need to have**:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and/or 3LoA operating models (essential).
- Experience in a regulatory environment and/or a remediation plan (highly desirable)
- Strong experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. This includes developing project plans, defining project objectives and success criteria, managing project timelines and milestones, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including project managers and delivery specialists. This includes providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment, and effectively managing resources and workload distribution.
- Experience in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including program sponsors, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams. This includes managing stakeholder expectations, communicating project updates, and addressing concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.
- Strong skills in identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as proactively addressing issues that may impact project delivery or outcomes. This includes developing contingency plans, escalating risks as necessary, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
