AGL’s Customer Markets team is embarking on an ambitious Retail Transformation to establish a customer-centric, digital, lean and flexible business underpinned by leading contemporary technology, and embedding best practice ways of working. As part of this transformation, we will deliver significant change in how the Customer Markets business is experienced by both AGL’s customers and employees, across its operating model including organisational structure, governance, teams and ways of working.

As a Transformation Owner within the Retail Transformation Leadership Team, you will be accountable for the design and delivery of business and tech transformation outcomes and value realization across Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Electrification & Innovation (E&I), as well as driving business transformation outcomes for Customer Markets through transformation program leadership for both the C&I and E&I business units.

What you’ll be doing:
- Setting the vision and direction for the transformation stream, including driving a transformational mindset within the team and challenging the status quo and developing the End-to-End requirements for the E&I and C&I transformation program roadmaps including reviewing and revalidation of technology requirements for the agreed Future State Architecture for E&I and C&I.- Defining the transformation roadmap and outcomes to achieve business strategy and benefit realisation across both portfolios and mobilising the program of work including identifying and onboarding talent, developing End-to-End requirements and detailed roadmap and refreshing of business case.- Leading and owning the resolution of key business decisions and where required identifying & consulting with relevant parties and making clear decisions on behalf of the business & program.- Influencing business change in line with the program delivery and ensuring that the necessary changes in the business are mobilised to make the transformation enduring and effective, as well as owning business stakeholder relationships and keeping key stakeholders informed and aligned on program progress, direction, and key decisions (including GMs, Heads Of, Transformation Owners).- Creating a positive working relationship between the business and program teams and setting the tone for how the business and Program should be seen to work together and delivering business outcomes in line with the Customer Markets strategy, reporting on outcomes directly to the Customer Markets and Technology leadership teams, including realisation of benefits and commercials.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in driving business transformation and influencing change including a strong understanding of Large Customer Sales & Service capabilities and Consumer Energy Resources (CER).- Experience in leading and leadership of a large, diverse multidisciplinary team in an environment of ambiguity.- Ability to define a compelling vision and drive transformational thinking and to autonomously make business decisions, with consideration to stakeholder needs and perspectives.- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.- Business acumen and ability to manage budget, benefits, and commercials as well as strong planning, time management and problem-solving skills.
