South Melbourne, Australia WPC Group - Apprenticeships & Traineeships Full time

You will combine learning in the workplace with studying at a TAFE/RTO (Registered Training Organisation).

A dedicated consultant from WPC Group will ensure you're enrolled in your studies and be there to help guide you through your traineeship.

Upon completion of your Traineeship you will receive a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.

Duties but not limited to:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- Branch presentation and general housekeeping
- Sales and order processing
- Customer quotes and follow up’s
- Effectively communicate and understand Customer Service Promise
- Picking, packing and consigning orders
- Assisting with stocktake and cycle counting
- Operation of mobile plant equipment (where licenced and authorised)
- Container unloading
- Pallet wrapping
- General stock control including receipting and unpacking stock
- Customer deliveries including packing and unloading vehicles.

General housekeeping Other Tasks:

- Support the Showroom and other surround Branches with Customer Service duties including counter service and branch deliveries when required.
- As requested, undertake projects or activities as required by the business.

**Requirements**:

- Have Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
- A valid Driver's License
- An aptitude to learn new products and systems
- Passion, people skills and initiative
- Be well presented and communicate effectively
- Be computer literate
- Be willing to undertake medical clearance, police check and psychometric testing
