As a Supply Chain Manager for our client, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimising the company's supply chain processes. You will be responsible for managing logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as process enhancements and automation, to drive operational excellence and increase productivity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the supply chain operations.
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles, with a focus on process optimisation and operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics operations, and procurement practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
