Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize supply chain operations in Australia and New Zealand to align with global standards, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Customer Service and Logistics team to ensure efficient stock movements and consistently high service levels.
  • Manage warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, space optimization, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Industrial, and Technical teams to proactively address inventory issues and propose improvements.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering collaboration and driving performance to meet KPIs.
  • Design and improve operational processes, developing SOPs and leading initiatives to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
  • Oversee logistics vendors (3PL/4PL) by resolving issues promptly and implementing performance management metrics.
About You:
  • You hold a university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You possess solid experience of at least 10 years in supply chain management, including logistics, customer service, and inventory control.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are an effective team leader, with proven ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance.
  • You have strong communication and coordination skills, working well with cross-functional teams and external partners.
