
Management Trainee Program – Supply Chain

About our Program?
Our Management Trainee Program is designed to develop your business and leadership skills through diverse experiences and exposure, preparing you for a successful career at L'Oréal.
Features:
- 2-3 rotations (each lasting 6 months) in your chosen stream across our five divisions: Consumer Products, Luxury Brands, Dermatological Beauty, Professional Salon Products, and Corporate
- One-on-one mentoring from top management
- Buddy program with previous Management Trainees
- Monthly meetings with our CEO and senior management
- Regular sessions with HR and subject matter experts
- Participation in an international Management Trainee cohort
- Permanent contract with a guaranteed role upon program completion
- Practical experience in stores and consumer research
- Supportive induction and a one-week onboarding process
- Customized learning and development, including soft skills and technical training
- Access to e-learning modules for self-upskilling
- Engagement with a vibrant cohort through social events

About the Supply Chain & Operations Stream:
- Experience in supply chain rotations covering customer care, logistics, and forecasting
- Interaction with external stakeholders and partners
- Introduction to warehouse management and distribution control
- Participation in projects to improve efficiency and innovate
This role is based at our Distribution Centre in Dandenong South.
