As our **full-time Talent & Culture Administrator**, you will report to the Talent & Culture Business Partner, and be responsible for assisting the Talent & Culture department by:

- Supporting administrative functions across all aspects of the department and company software programs, including but not limited to visa checks, invoicing, managing employee files, contract generation, recruitment and policies
- Ensuring compliance with regards to employee qualifications and maintenance of employee files
- Administering employee reward and recognition programs
- Supporting team members' welfare, and contributing to a positive culture within the hotel

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A degree in Human Resources, or a relevant degree
- Great attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
- Passion for people and working as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Suites, and be comfortable with a computer
- Ability to handle matters in a confidential manner
- Relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of hotels or the hospitality industry preferred
