As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Regents Park.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, processing orders, and supporting the daily operations of our busy sales office. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process sales orders, quotes, and product enquiries
Provide product information and support to customers and internal teams
Coordinate with production staff to ensure accurate and timely dispatch
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Assist with general office administration as required
About You
Previous customer service or sales support experience necessary (manufacturing or construction industry background highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a team environment
