This important and busy role assumes overall responsibility for the daily fulfilment processes connected to our online and marketplace business.
Success in the role can be measured by ensuring that all online orders are picked and packed accurately, in full and on time.
This role would suit a reliable, organised, energetic person who thrives in a busy and bustling environment.
They must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be computer literate and be comfortable using ERP systems ideally AP21 or similar and Microsoft Excel as this role requires the ability to create basic reports that support order cross check for completeness.
They pay attention to order/and return order patterns and repeating issues and relay this essential feedback to sales and online teams.
They have a commitment to workplace safety, have knowledge of warehouse best practices and can comply to our zero tolerance to any influence of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Perform AP21 pick runs ensuring all orders for all partner platforms have been captured.
- Contribute to the picking and packing of all online orders in line with customer requirements.
- Investigate fulfillment issues crosschecking AP21 stock on hand against physical stock location/s
- Action stock adjustments and order completion for affected orders.
- Create daily shipping manifests.
- Perform end of day cross checks within platforms to ensure all orders have been processed fully and completely and have been flagged correctly ( Iconic Seller Centre, Shopify, AP21 mail order )
- Contribute to the processing of returns and exchange orders.
- Maintain an organised work area free of clutter and stocked with required consumables
- Communicate when consumables need reed re-order.
- Provide ongoing training for new/back up fulfilment team members ensuring competency.
**Distribution Team Backup**
- General pick pack assistance as required.
- Administrative support as required.
- Action spot checks/stock counts as required.
- Contribute to stock takes.
- Action stock location put away, movements or adjustments.

**PLEASE NOTE**:
All applicants will need to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen and obtain a Victoria Police Clearance and be a permanent Australian resident or citizen.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
