**What You’ll Do**

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. They ensure timely packing, shipping, and tracking of products, maintaining a smooth flow of operations within the warehouse. The role demands attention to detail and a deep understanding of inventory systems to ensure stock levels are properly managed and aligned with the company’s systems. Other responsibilities include:

- Processed and managed customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to pick, pack, and dispatch orders.
- Maintained and updated inventory records in the system, ensuring data was accurate.
- Conduct random inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies between physical and digital records.
- Track and monitor shipments, handling any issues with couriers or logistics.
- Work closely with the supply chain and customer service teams to resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Escalate issues or propose creative solutions when necessary, keeping the team informed.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy, especially with inventory management.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) systems.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail order fulfillment.
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
