You'll lead a passionate team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help deliver outstanding service by ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.This is a Full-Time role and flexibility to work Wednesday to Friday from 11am-7pm, Saturday 6am-2pm and Sunday 7am-3pm is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers and team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about coaching and supporting a team to achieve great results.**What’s involved:*** Lead by example, providing excellent service and inspiring the team to deliver accurate and efficient order fulfillment* Coach and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive workplace* Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to maintain high operational standards* Support the team with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders as required* Organise and oversee deliveries to ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time* Manage stock control, including loading and unloading products from delivery trucks* Ensure safety and efficiency are always top priorities**Who we're looking for:**Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for operations and team development.
