Great temporary to permanent opportunity to join a growing ASX listed business based in Tullamarine to support their Credit Control function.

**The Company**

Our client is an Australian success story that has grown significantly over the last 25 years. Now ASX listed, the business has grown through a series of acquisitions that have been bolstered through organic growth of the core business. They operate within one of the fastest growing markets in Australia and offer the chance to join an exciting journey for those entering the business. This business supports WFH with 2 days spent at home each week & 3 days on site.

**The Role**

As an Credit & Collections Officer you will be given a great degree of autonomy to manage your ledger as you see fit. You will take ownership of the ledger and be tasked with driving recoveries in a timely manner. You will maintain relationships with all your stakeholders, which will be key to your success in the role.. The team are a great bunch who celebrate the diversity within their team. No one takes themselves too seriously & they try to see the lighter side in all situations. The business is located in Tullamarine, however after your initial training period you will be offered some flexibility around WFH.

Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be responsible for:

- Evaluate customers' ability to pay
- Negotiate payments
- Handle queries
- Invoicing
- Reconciliations
- Allocations & Daily Banking
- Assist in legal escalations
- Regular reporting on outstanding debtors
- Queries

**Your Profile**

To be successful in this role you will come from either an Accounts Receivable, Credit Officer or Collections Officer background. You will enjoy working in team environments where you support those working around you. The business is going through a sustained period of growth and you must be comfortable working in a changing environment.
