**As a Commercial Manager, you will**:

- Be accountable for the overall sales level of the business
- Lead the local sales team in professional manner to support the delivery of product
- Ensure informed and accurate technical advice is provided to potential customers regarding company products
- Responsible for contract management and negotiating contract terms according to corporate guidelines, pricing and conditions with clients to ensure favourable commercial agreements for the company
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the products and developing successful business relationships with same
- Providing a high level of customer satisfaction through good communication and timely supply of services
- Ensure a safe and satisfying place of work

**What you bring**:

- Strong customer focus and technical knowledge
- Experience in commercial construction and /or building materials industries
- Experience in complex matrix organisations
- Strong people leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with focus on sales results
- Competitor knowledge/ experience an advantage
