**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Who We Are Looking For**:
Supervises and coordinates daily activities of distribution center or warehouse. Responsible for movement and tracking of finished product and/or raw materials. Directs and improves the operation of material flow. Monitors activities to ensure compliance with safety and security policies.

**What You Will Do**:

- Overseas total day to day operations for warehouse
- Coordinates a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, and/or supplies.
- Tracks inventory by performing physical counts and verifying information against warehousing systems.
- Provide management to ensure smooth operations of the warehouse and compliance with all systems, policies, and processes
- Manages logistics of outbound goods
- Support the Warehouse Manager in all operational & project activities as required
- Tracks Operational KPIs and supports the development of direct reports

**What You Will Bring**:

- Knowledge with EXCEL, POWERPOINT and TMS (Transport Management System) usage
- Work with cross functional teams such as commercial, supply-chain, customer care, transports, other warehouses operational teams
- Freight management and Forwarder Market insight
- Work in multicultural environments, with a good diversity of markets and culture

**A Plus If You Have**:

- Moderate/ high problem solving skills - Requires good analytical skills as well as evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitive information in complicated or novel situations. Multiple sources of information refer to a diverse range of internal and external sources such as procedures and practices in other areas, team, companies etc. The ability to filter, prioritize, analyze and validate potentially complex and dynamic material.
