We are seeking a highly organised HR & Administration Officer to support our HR team, manage onboarding, ensure compliance, and provide day-to-day administration support across all departments
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Post ads on recruitment channels, shortlist and interview candidates
- Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Set up rosters in roster management platforms
- Manage the onboarding of new staff, cleaners, and contractors across all departments, ensuring all documents, training, and compliance requirements are completed.
- Prepare and distribute employment agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Collect and verify identification, qualifications, and compliance certifications as required.
- Maintain accurate and organised records for all new hires and contractors.
- Update staff information on the company workforce management platform/app.
- Communicate effectively with staff and contractors regarding onboarding processes and timelines.
- Address and resolve onboarding queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Work legislation, WHS, and ISO requirements.
- Support national audits, workforce compliance checks, and reporting obligations in relation to human resource.
- Provide regular updates to management on onboarding and HR progress.
- Proven experience as a Head of HR / HR Manager in high-volume industries (cleaning, facilities, construction, or services).
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work, NES, and WHS obligations.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and workforce management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
