Position Summary:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for managing the planning and executing HR activities, programs and initiatives
- Manage the onboarding of new ladies and gentlemen and review all employment contracts
- Showcase your inner creativity through the managing and facilitation of new associate programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders
- Go above and beyond, managing all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
- Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team
- Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
- Strategically create the hotel’s talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs
- Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position
- Ensure you and the team maintain employee files containing required employment paperwork and are secured for the required length of time, focusing on attention to detail
- Manage Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs

- Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
- Strong knowledge in employment law
