Job Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and supportive Administrator to work with our expanding operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will provide a range of administrative duties including payroll, raising purchase requisitions and processing invoices through SAP, assisting with site inductions, booking travel as required, arranging catering for site functions. No two days are the same
Key Job Responsibilities

Provide assistance to Operations Manager, Production Team, Stores and Workshop employees encompassing travel arrangements, site inductions, onboarding assistance, arranging functions and catering as required.

Liaise with Finance team to provide financial data and month end reports and prepare content for invoicing.

Payroll administration support including data entry of labour hours into SAP and Kronos.

Raise purchase requisitions and receipt goos into SAP

Assist with reception coverage during times of receptionist leave.

General administrative support.

Qualifications/Requirements

Cert III in Business Administration

Experience working within a manufacturing or heavy industry environment

High level computer skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Experience with SAP or Kronos highly desirable

High attention to detail

Exceptional written and oral communication

Demonstrated problem solving capabilities
