Due to some exciting projects and business growth, we are seeking a casual administration superstar to join our small but friendly team in Rutherford, to provide high level administration support.

**What you will do**
- Supporting our Rental Administrator with end of month process including invoicing and back charges
- Supporting our mobilisations team with booking medicals, arranging inductions and providing general support to ensure the smooth engagement of our workforce
- Assistance with booking and coordinating inductions and training, including raising and receipting of purchase orders
- Travel, accommodation and hire car arrangements as delegated
- General administration duties as delegated

**How you will be rewarded**
- Casual opportunity - up to a maximum of 30.4 hours per week
