**About the role**:
InfraBuild Reinforcing has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our experienced and supportive team as a National Sales and Bid Coordinator.

This is a full-time role based at our Sunshine site, working Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will provide crucial support to the IBR National Sales and Bid Team with a range of administrative support activities including management of a centralized bid process. We are looking for a team player with a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identify and capture leads and opportunities from a range of sources
- Manage central tender inbox
- Ensure all leads and opportunities are entered into the CRM and allocated to the appropriate sales ‘owner’
- Maintain tender supporting documentation
- Complete questionnaires, pre-qualification documentation and support formal responses to clients
- Provide support for tenders and customer presentations
- Generate dashboards and reports for opportunity management by MBO team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 1-3 years experience in the manufacturing or construction industry in a similar position, desirable
- A high level of computer literacy as you will be using a variety of programs
- Commercial and financial acumen, knowledge of tender process is desirable
- Confident in building relationships and partnering with Stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with conflicting priorities
