The Bridge is a not-for-profit community services organisation which provides a variety of services for youth and people of adult age who have various disabilities and disadvantages.

Services include open and supported employment, learning and development, leisure and recreation, respite for carers, daytime activities, in-home and community based individualised and shared supports, support coordination and plan management.

**About the Opportunity**:
The Tender Manager is a key leader in our business, accountable for achieving measurable tender and grant results, as well as quality tender and grant submissions to set The Bridge up for the future.

**About the Role**:
The position is a 2 year, fixed term part time role, 2 days per week (15.2 hours). You role will focus on the following priorities:

- Identifying opportunities for tender proposals and developing strategies to win new business.
- Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in proposals.
- Writing and editing proposals and performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.
- Managing, directing and monitoring the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation.
- Maintaining and improving mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, surveying and measuring tender processes and disseminating feedback on unsuccessful bids.

**About You**:

- Experience in development and management of complex government tender responses.
- Managing tender cycles - from getting on panels to winning mandates.
- Management of a bid team including assigning roles and responsibilities according to bid requirements, individual and team capability.
- Interpreting data and information releases, determining impacts and opportunities.
- Experience in or understanding of Government funded Employment Services (preferred).
