This Position requires an Individual who has:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with NDIS participants, Home Care consumers, families, providers, partner, and community organisations.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to attract and retain participants across NDIS and Home Care Packages.
  • Lead planning, promotion and delivery of community events, workshops and networking sessions to strengthen presence and referrals.
  • Foster strong rapport and trust through empathetic, respectful, and transparent communication with participants and partners.
  • Build and sustain referral networks with health professionals, assessors, councils and cultural groups to increase referrals and retention.
  • Identify and implement new services, programs and initiatives that meet evolving participant and community needs.
  • Prepare compelling tenders, grants, and partnership proposals to secure funding and demonstrate impact.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging needs to inform service and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with NDIS and aged care standards and improve service delivery.
  • Represent the organisation at expos, forums and community events to enhance reputation and partnerships.
To Be Successful in the Role, You Will Require:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with participants, families, and networks.
  • Experience in NDIS and/or Home Care Packages, with knowledge of compliance, service delivery, and participant pathways.
  • Proven ability to grow referral networks and convert opportunities into sustained engagement.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills focused on growth and community impact.
  • Event planning and community engagement experience to design impactful initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple partnerships, projects, and events.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and initiative in a dynamic disability and aged care sector.
  • Genuine passion for improving lives through community connection, trust, and empowerment.
