
People & Payroll Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced People & Payroll Systems Analyst to join the Cement Australia team based in Darra.
**About the role**:
In this role you will:
- Coordinate the IServices team to implement Systems Business Process Improvement for People & Capability, drawing on other skill sets as required (i.e. capturing requests for changes and improvements from the business, identification of improvements etc.)
- Conduct your own research and stay informed about current technologies, trends, standards and vendor offerings to be able to provide informed advice on solutions options for the business
- Guide the implementation, on time delivery and agreed to project deliverables with compliance to all relevant legislation, supplier agreements and internal policies and to the satisfaction of internal/external customers
- Encourage the standardisation of the system as much as practically useful to users.
- Maintain change control procedures to ensure a stable and reliable environment
- Use your problem solving skills to develop solutions for complex business scenarios and support requests
- Prioritise work (support, changes & projects) via the ticketing system and execute according to iServices processes, procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with major vendors and companies providing outsourced services as opportunity to increase business agility and cost efficiency
**About you**:
As a People & Payroll Systems Analyst you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications (preferably in Information Technology)
- Project Management (desirable)
- ITIL certification (desirable)
- More than 2 years of proven experience using and/or supporting Kronos Workforce Ready
- Previous experience in Payroll or HR Analyst roles within a large organisation
- Previous experience in the manufacturing/mining or construction industry (desirable)
- Proven experience in delivering system/process improvements to drive efficiencies and cost savings in the business
- Proven experience of managing a team to deliver successful IT projects
- A strategic thinking mindset and possess natural leadership capabilities to assist with coordinating internal stakeholders and external parties.
