**About Them**

**About the Role**

A new opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the wider HR team and be responsible for supporting 1 of their divisions within the business located south-west of Brisbane.

Reporting to the division's General Manager with a dotted matrix reporting line to a global Senior HR Director, you will be managing a client group of approximately 90 employees, closely supporting the on-site branches within that division across Australia.

This is a true generalist opportunity with a mixture of on-site operational responsibilities, as well as driving people initiatives in line with the HR strategy. The organisation's global structure, allows for this person to tap into the global centres of excellence and roll out localised versions of frameworks, policies, and procedures to support Australia's strategic operations.

The role includes, but not limited to:

- Full employee lifecycle
- Performance Management and Review Process
- Ensuring all compliance and safety requirements are met
- Overseeing the Payroll function with the assistance from the Payroll Coordinator
- Industrial Relations support
- Training and Development
- Employee engagement and retention processes
- Diversity & Inclusion support
- Remuneration & Benefits support

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong end-to-end HR generalist experience within a multi-faceted blue-collar business.

Ideally you will have worked in an organisation with a global structure, in order to understand the multi-layered nature of a business with a matrix structure.

This opportunity is a meaty role where you will have the opportunity to truly develop and be challenged, therefore ideal for someone who enjoys sinking their teeth into a robust and diverse role.
