Great opportunity to join the head office of a reputable Financial Planning Group with multiple locations. The team at Ellerfield deliver financial confidence and comfort to retail clients helping them achieve their financial goals and quality lifestyle. With continuous growth, we are seeking to appoint a new financial planning advice and administration assistant to our team.

Your position will work closely with Financial Planners, Clients and Product Providers - assisting with the preparation for client meetings, advice implementation and other administrative tasks.

Remuneration is based on previous experience. If you have previous administration experience and you are looking to enter the finance industry, please apply.

A day in the life of your role:

- Preparation of documentation and client packs for client meetings
- Maintain accurate electronic client files
- Super, investment and insurance product research
- Administrative support and reporting
- Timely management of client appointments and client queries
- Contributing to team projects and discussions
- Preparation of basic Records of Advice (RoA) using our dedicated planning software.

**Required Skills**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Advanced computer and technology literacy;
- Enthusiastic and positive personality
- Eagerness to deliver a high-quality service to clients and external stakeholders through reliable, timely responses

**Advantageous Skills**
- Previous Financial Administration or Paraplanning experience or education
- Experience using relevant financial planning software (AdviserLogic) and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Understanding of financial advice strategies and the desire for continued education
- Understanding of the compliance and regulatory framework of the industry

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
