Our primary focus is to provide high quality and timely genomic information to assist in diagnosis and clinical decision-making.

**Why You Will Be Excited About This Role**

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Assist with conducting market analysis for each product/product category and identifying the associated revenue opportunity.
- Assist with mapping of competitor pricing and strategy
- Assist with the development of training programs and GTM marketing collateral.
- Assist the sales team with managing customer accounts, sales inquiries, and orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate and track sales leads, ensuring follow-up on opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer information, sales activity, and follow-up details.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the sales team or management.
- Organise and schedule meetings, presentations, and client visits for the sales team. Increase referrer base in line with predefined KPIs

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**
- These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:

- Healthcare experience highly desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree - Science, Marketing or Commerce Degree would be preferable
- Experience supporting a Sales / business development team
- Excellent communication, organisation & IT skills.
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
