To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in the Health/Pharmacy sector, high level written communication skills, experience in stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced-environment.

**What you will be doing**:

- Liaison with key project stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders;
- Bid project management - draft a proposal timeline, run status meetings with the proposal team, track progress against key milestones, and track and manage issues and action items;
- Work with the team to ensure that we have completed all relevant internal documentation including Inter-firm Agreements, teaming agreements, NDAs, independence, and conflicts check, subcontract agreements (if required) and internal governance packs;
- Monitoring and managing the government tender process and requirements, such ensuring compliance with evaluation criteria and ensuring technical accuracy of submissions;
- Deliver and support projects in accordance with the internal project management framework and policies;
- Assist in the collection and analysis of project data, including preparation of reports, presentations and other documents;
- Monitor budget expenditure and assist in financial reporting for individual projects;
- Monitor the achievement of KPI’s and other project targets;
- Coordinate and monitor project activity through detailed plans and schedules;
- Travel as required within the duties of this position;

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated project management experience and skills, experience in Health/Pharmacy desirable;
- Demonstrated high level written communication skills with the ability to clearly define solutions for our clients;
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building;
- Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills with high level attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise complex tasks;
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Understanding of government tender processes, preferably Australian Federal Government;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team using motivation and initiative.
