Exciting opportunity to support project bid/tender and day-to-day operational management and administration needs of our busy ACT business
As an Australian, family-owned, construction company, Richard Crookes Constructions offers construction services across a diverse portfolio of projects up to a value of $300m across NSW, ACT & QLD.
RCC has been present in Canberra and surrounding ACT regions for over 12 years; accomplished in delivering projects up to $150m in value across all sectors.
**Responsibilities**
Based at our Fyshwick office, this diverse role will see you navigate and manage a range of bid and office administration needs; including but not limited to:
- Prepare and coordinate tender submission documents and processes
- Draft and manage bid plan(s) and non-technical tender content
- Facilitate effective and collaborative communication amongst bid team members including start up and bid management meetings
- Provide general administration support to head office and senior staff as required
- Liaise with subcontractors, clients and other business-related contacts & stakeholders
- Assist in organising office, staff and company meetings and events.
**Requirements**:
- Existing tender/bid coordinator/administration skill set or;
- Potential to suit an experienced team/project administrator looking for a pathway into bid coordination
- Previous construction/project office environment experience is preferred
- Self-motivated and ability to organise, multitask and prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines.
- Confident & collaborative communication skills; consistent with effective internal and external stakeholder management.
