**Your tasks**:

- Establish the bid tendering requirements from the Sales Managers, Capture Managers and Business Development Managers both locally and internationally. Architect Bid Management solutions and strategies to meet tender requirements. Plan, define resource demand and Assign Tender resources to meet Tender objectives and milestones. Support the tender until contract award, and facilitate transition of the project to Programs. Ensure the Sales Campaign plans which are owned and operated by the Sales, Capture and Business Development Managers are accurate and sufficient to enable detailed tender planning. Contribute to capture strategy. Manage company risk. Be accountable for Bid / No Bid reviews. Work with Division leads (internationally and locally) to communicate local requirements, and seek involvement in international activities where agreed. Develop industry relationships and market intelligence. Support the development of win themes and communicate these to bid team. Be responsible for Offer Release process. Clear knowledge of any trends impacting on professional bid functions and success factors Ideally, knowledge of current trends and best practices in the Defence tendering experience is highly regarded. Ideally has knowledge of secure communications systems, or C4I systems, Combat Mission Systems, or operational information management systems for defence.
