A global organisation are seeking a Receptionist to provide support in one of their buildings based in Southbank. There are 500 employees across 3 floors which include a customer floor and an employee floor.

The contract is for 1 year commencing in the next 4 weeks.

A police check will need to be completed prior to starting, the cost will be covered by the company.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and signing them in
- Booking meeting rooms
- Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms aswell as liaising with caterers
- Data entry in excel sheets
- Mail room control

**About you**:

- Prior Reception, Concierge, Hotel Reception or Administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good MS Office skills - evaluated by Aspect
- Professional manner and presentation
- Reliable, pro-active and friendly personality
